Kira restful sleep tablets is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to symptoms of mild anxiety based on traditional use only.

Directions

For oral use. Adults and the elderly. For temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to mild anxiety, take one to two tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary, an additional dose can be taken earlier in the evening. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water or other liquid.

Ingredients

One Tablet Contains 300mg Of Extract (As Dry Extract) From Valerian Root (Valeriana Officianlis.) (3-6:1) (Equivalent To 900-1800mg Of Valerian Root). Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 70% V/V.

Warnings

Do not exceed stated dose. Do not use if you are: Allergic to any of the ingredients, Pregnant or breastfeeding, Under 18 years of age, Already taking medicine for sleep or anxiety. Valerian may make you feel drowsy. If you are affected, do not drive or operate machines. The effects of Valerian may be increased by alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted. Keep out of reach and sight of children
